Here at Daniella Salazar Attorney at Law, we can help your family with a range of family law cases. These include cases involving Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Modifications, Enforcements, Adoptions as well drafting documents like Pre-nuptial Agreements, Separation Agreements and Living Agreements. We know that family matters can be emotionally charged, and we strive to resolve them with sensitivity while protecting your rights and interests.

This firm does not handle appeals.

We are currently accepting cases in Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties.

Child Protective Services

A call or visit from “CPS” or Child Protective Services can be a scary moment in any family’s life. We can help you at any stage of your CPS case, whether your case involves an investigation, agreeing to voluntary services, a CPS interview, safety planning or a lawsuit in Court. Regardless of the complexity of your legal issue, our attorneys have the experience to guide you through the process with care and precision.

1. Single – Simple Will ($1,000)

This package includes a Will for 1 person.

2. Couple – Simple Wills ($1,500)

This package includes a Will for 2 people.

3. Single – Estate Planning Package ($2,000)

This package includes a Will, Advanced Directive, Disposition of Remains, Medical Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney, HIPPA Release and Hospital Visit Authorization for 1 person.

4. Couple – Estate Planning Package ($3,000)

This package includes a Will, Advanced Directive, Disposition of Remains, Medical Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney, HIPPA Release and Hospital Visit Authorization for 2 people.

5. Additional Documents – ($500)

Additional Documents added on to your Will or drafted apart from one of the above packages are $500 each.

These Additional Documents include Advanced Directive, Disposition of Remains, Medical Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney, HIPPA Release and Hospital Visit Authorizations.
